What is the legal requirement to purchase alcohol?
To purchase alcohol in New York, you must be at least 21 years old. It is illegal for
anyone under the age of 21, intoxicated or the recipient being under the age of 21 to
purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages. Additionally, valid identification,
such as a driver's license, state-issued ID card, or passport, proving your age and
identity may be required when purchasing alcohol. Failing to provide ID with a photo, an
expired ID or otherwise falsified documents will result in termination of the sale. As per
store policy, ALL members of your party must have a valid Identification to verify age
and identity. This does not apply to children with their parents under the perceived age
of 16. A sale of alcohol is at employee discretion in order to protect the business, our
employees and our customers.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order from the App or Website by going to the Orders tab on the app
or by clicking on "My Orders" under the account page on the website. Once you select
an order you will have the option to cancel it if it is not already processed by the store. If
you do not see the cancel option, you can contact the store and see if they are able to
cancel it if it is not already picked up.
Return Policy?
A product may be eligible for return if it is unopened, spoiled or breaks. Please return it
to us and we will happily make an exchange for you or refund it! Our customers’
satisfaction is always our first priority. Managerial discretion on a case by case basis.
Check Order Status?
You can check the status of the order on the app or website by going to the Orders tab
on the app or by clicking on "My Orders" under the account page. Furthermore please
feel free to contact our store for updates!
Is signature required upon pickup?
No, a signature is not required to pick up from the store, however a valid driver’s license
or other form of identification under NY SLA law is required.
What happens if an item I purchased online is not in stock?
In case we are out of a product from your order, we will try to contact you to offer a
substitution if possible. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will refund part of
an order, or the entire order.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, orders cannot be edited online once it is placed. Please contact us to see how we
can help.
Is the website secure?
Payments are handled by companies that adhere to strict industry standards for
payment processing, including SSL technology for secure online transactions.
Do you ship or deliver to a PO Box?
We do not offer shipping at this time, local delivery is subject to rules and regulations as
set forth by the delivery service in question and NY SLA law.
Is there a minimum amount for curbside pickup?
No, we are happy to assist you and your purchase out to your vehicle for no additional
charge or order minimum.
I do not see a specific Wine or Liquor I would like to purchase, can I make a special order?
We have an extensive customer request system in place! Please call the store or visit
us and we would be happy to see if we can get something in for you!
I cannot checkout, error saying complete My Account.
If you get an error when checking out, tap on the Letter at the top of the page next to the
search bar and go to My Account. Select Edit Details and make sure all your contact
information and date of birth are entered, then be sure to save. Go back to your cart and
you should be able to check out now.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
